Fall/Winter is Good Time to Buy

Over the last 2 years the market has been a little out of control with mutiple offers and houses going well over asking.  This can be an incredibly frustrating time for Buyers who often lose out in bidding wars.  For those Buyers who decided to step away, now could be a great time to buy.  The spring/summer frenzy has died down and sellers listing now are motivated to sell.  We are still seeing mutiple offers but with less Buyers looking the competition is slowing, giving Buyers a chance to get the home they want.  If you have any questions about the market or are interested in Buying or Selling please do not hesitate to contact me- 613-324-1798.  Happy to help!
