Cheers to the Magic Eraser

You may wonder how the Magic Eraser connects to Real Estate but hands down it has become one of the best and most effective tools I use to get houses ready.  When we have a listing or our buyer clients move into their home, Craig and I are always there to help make everything look great.  Walls, ceilings, baseboards, shower doors, etc. can get pretty beat up by everyday use and the first thing people think is that they need to paint.  Sometimes painting is inevitable but more often a Magic Eraser is all you need to get surfaces looking great.  I’m not really sure what they are made of and why they disintegrate as you use them, but they work, which is why I always have one handy!
